New Year in the Garden

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the team at Semken Landscaping!

A few points to carry you over to the New Year in the garden:

Check your irrigation system and check it again before you go on holidays. It should be set for long deep soaks every couple of days rather than short ones daily.
Any new or vulnerable plants, especially trees should be staked with good solid pine stakes to prevent damage in any unexpected winds.
Avoid pruning or fertilising plants in the heat.
Remove any weeds that are competing for water in the garden.
